    Why Bloom Village?

For generations, families have relied on their village. The aunties, the teachers, the coaches, the neighbors, the elders, and the professionals who step in with wisdom, care, and guidance. When those voices work together, children thrive.

Bloom Village was built around that same belief.

We help mission-driven organizations communicate in ways that feel human, culturally aware, and rooted in real community experience. The strongest work for children doesn’t come from distance. It comes from listening, relationship-building, and honoring the people closest to the work.

Our role goes beyond traditional consulting. We help organizations strengthen their message, deepen trust with the families they serve, and build meaningful connections between professionals and community.

Because when people feel seen and understood, the work reaches further.

    Our Core Values

    Amplify

We uplift the voices of the people doing the real work. Thought leaders, educators, parents, clinicians, wellness experts, advocates, creatives and community leaders whose knowledge deserves a wider platform.

    Connect

We help bridge the gap between institutions and families by centering trust, respect, and clear communication.

    Bloom

Through thoughtful strategy and storytelling, we help ideas grow into movements that support children, caregivers, and communities.

At Bloom Village Co., we’re not just building brands.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy, culture, and care. I’ve supported organizations like ICDL in translating developmental science into accessible, relationship-centered messaging for families, while helping brands and educators build narratives that reflect real life, not just theory.

    The Visionary

Hi, I’m Princess Owens. Jersey girl, mom of five (yes, including two sets of twins), and a proud neurodiversity advocate raising two incredible neurodivergent kids.

I started Bloom Village Co. because I believe the people doing meaningful work for children and families deserve better storytelling. Too often the real voices of parents, educators, clinicians, and community leaders get lost in the noise. My work is about helping those voices be seen, heard, and trusted.

Professionally, I’m a communications strategist with a background in media relations, digital storytelling, and early childhood development. I hold degrees in child development and childcare management along with certifications in mindfulness, wellness, parenting, and developmental advocacy. Translation: I understand both the science of childhood and the strategy of communication, and I love helping mission-driven organizations connect those dots.

But outside of strategy calls and storytelling frameworks, I’m also just a mom who loves basketball, good pizza, and building community. That real-life perspective is exactly what shapes how I approach my work.

At Bloom Village Co., we believe professional work can still feel human, creative, and joyful. My mission is to help organizations communicate with clarity, build authentic relationships with families, and ultimately create a world where children and communities truly thrive.
